At Trendio GmbH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Return Period

After notifying us of your withdrawal or return request, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Returns must be unused, complete, and in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and any free gifts included with the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, parts, and manuals
  • Not be damaged, altered, or excessively used
  • Be returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an appropriate amount if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items with missing accessories, parts, or original packaging
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by the customer or a third party

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at trendiogmbh@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we will offer the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds are generally issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or after you provide proof that the item has been sent back.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original Shipping Fees

If you withdraw from your order within the legal withdrawal period, standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by applicable law.

Additional shipping costs for express delivery or special delivery options selected by the customer are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
